I've always like "out" Guaranteeing my competition in my off line business.  It works like a charm.  

Like Jay Abraham says a strong guarantee is the ultimate risk reversal for the customer.  Meaning that by offering a guarantee you are taking the risk of doing business off the customer’s shoulders &amp; placing square on your shoulders.
