I see you currently have 6 spots. I’d personally fill 2-4 with affiliates to start as long as they “fit”, and delete the rest unless you can get advertisers.

I also notice you are offering ad spots for free on the new blog, this is an awesome idea as long as you have a way to track clicks; do you?
