Comment Issue Temporarily Fixed - That’s Where The Good News Ends
PLEASE READ LAST POST IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT I’M REFERRING TO.
Well it’s exactly how it reads, fixed for now so feel free to comment at will, but not good news overall.
The RSS subscription box is a text widget; pretty straight forward. Unfortunately it is not happy in any of the top 3 boxes…..in the bottom boxes or on the sidebar and all works fine.
Bad news for now, I have no idea what code this could possibly be to fix (I don’t code), but I do have a couple people that may be able to help…
If you have ANY idea what may be the underlying cause, I’m open to suggestions.Anyhoo, like I said, it’s fixed for now so comment at will. I will keep you updated on progress. 
Oh BTW, Wiehanne will STILL get his prize. After all this is not his fault and it will be worked on until the subscribe box is where it’s supposed to be

Umm, I have no idea what’s wrong with the rss thing. But I see that it’s working at other blog (goofblogger[dot]com).

Whenever I’ve tried to add certain things to places other than with a widget, I find that I have to add it directly into the particular PHP I need. I see yours is the sidebar2 PHP, and maybe you needed the or codes somewhere to make it format properly. Im not really sure, since I’m not overly familiar with that particular sidebar. Truthfully, though, it looks pretty good where it is, if you add the image to it.

Wiehanne - saw that and it’s similar….lots of blogs have them. I even had mine up there when I first got the theme, now it don’t work.

Mitch - not sure what you mean by “other than with a widget”….it’s within the widget that it’s screwing up…but only up top.
Ironically, now it’s in the same spot it was when i was told I should move it LOL…..what image?

Hi, the problem is because you do not put the closing form tag for your subscription.
you can see your html. you have 3 <form tags but only 2 tags. need one more

you need one more form closing tag [/form] at the end of your subscription code.

I was trying to make a comment yesterday but could not due to the error you had. tried to let you know, but I guest I was just to lazy to find out where to contact you.
honestly, at first I thought it was a new trick, so every commentator will have to subscribe before they can comment. then I looked at the source and found out the culprit :p
