Just remember Angie, not to try and do them all at once. You'd be surprised how many you can get through in just an hour or 2 at a time (assuming you don't get caught in the link-ridden ones) :-)

One good way to break up the boredom a little is, if you find one that would make a good, reasonably quick blog post; do it right then.

Dennis,
Great tip! I have so many emails to clear out but didn't think about using them for content ideas. In Dec. I did get rid of a lot of old emails however I still have a lot to go.

Very good idea and quite an informative article. I picked up some nuggets myself!

You also raise a point in my mind that I should mention.

You talk about recycling YOUR OWN content. This is great because you can do petty much whatever you wish with it, since it was yours to begin with.

I was referring to incoming emails, from lists and such that you may be on.

I should reiterate here that I suggested using them for post and article IDEAS.

If you're using others material for posts and articles like I suggested, you must either change it up enough to not get snagged for plagiarism or be sure to give the proper credit. :)

Hello Dennis (is it Dennis? Your about and contact us don't reveal your name but I assumed it from your other URL).

I also recycle my emails and other web content to make new products. It's a great way to reach different audiences for less time and effort! I wrote an article about this very subject recently: http://www.sitepronews.com/archives/articles/2007/1220.html

Kalena's last blog post..My first social media induced server crash
