Signatures - first off, thank you for asking I appreciate that. It's something I'm currently battling with, but don't allow it at the present time.

Personally speaking, I wouldn't mind offering the option to regular readers/commenters (as you are becoming) as another form of thanks.

However, other will inevitably see it, not even question it, and before long this blog will be a link farm.

I'm thinking of adding it to my comment policy as a perk, but then again no one reads them LOL.

I'm workin' on it so stay tuned!

David - excellent question. I just recently learned of Onlywire myself and haven't fully had the chance to examine it.

Generally speaking though, I think programs like that can be a fantastic time saver and do a person really well.....AS LONG AS they are used properly and not in a spammy fashion.

Programs like that have proven 10fold in the past to make it way to easy to just saturate sites with crap all over the net, effectively ruining them for legit users.

I have not personally used one myself as of yet, but plan too. I'd like to find one or two that offer the automation, BUT with a human factor as well.....which I do believe Onlywire is.

What do you think about using services like Onlywire or The Socializer? Have you use them? What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.

There's a free website tool that helps you track how you are doing across the social web (blogs, etc.) vs. your competitors.

It's a competitive website grader at http://www.reviewmyweb.com

Hope it's usefull!

Mitch - I feel your pain, it took me a long time to figure it out aqnd I'm still figuring most of it.

The key as I'm sure you know is to just get yourself out there, everywhere, in front of as many eyes as possible (while not spreading too thin too soon).

You do want others to tweet, stumble, bookmark (whatever) your work...so start by doing the same for others and let them take notice.

See a good post? Stumble it, bookmark it and so forth. These people in turn will start to notice you, and if they like what they see (most) will follow suit.....

and so it begins ;)

Make sense?
