I have three new blogs coming soon and need to choose the domain names for two of them. I’m under a time constraint here and could use your help.
I’ve already purchased two possible names for one blog and four for the other. I need to choose one for each within the next 5 days in order to refund the others.
Blog #1 is a niche blog related to the Paranormal; the main premise for the blog will be real stories/interviews about peoples Paranormal experiences.
Domains purchased are:
TalkingParanormal.com
RealParanormalTales.com
ParanormalInterviews.com
RealParanormalInterviews.com
Four to choose from, which do you think sounds/flows best? - OR - Can you think of another even better? This is where you can possibly win $10; if I choose one suggested not on the list.
Blog #2 - Main premise of the blog will be coaching newbie direct sellers how important it is to blog along with their business.

I like TalkingParanormal.com and eCommerceBlogCoach.com.
However I like to have good keyword phrases in my blogs so I’m recommending:
realparanormalstories.com - “paranormal stories” is a great keyword.
businessblogcoaching.com - “blog coaching” is a good keyword.
I believe they are both available NOW!

Without fully doing keyword research, I prefer:

eCommerceBlogCoach.com
I almost always prefer fewer words and shorter words. From my point of view, both of those have a potential of being searched on as well.
Coincidentally, I have an article about buying domains that’s scheduled to be published in an hour!

I have to disagree.
TalkingParanormal.com has no great keywords and eCommerceBlogCoach.com has 1.
Perhaps it’s our definition of a great keyword.
I look for a high number of searches, they ’sell’ (i.e. people buy stuff after using the keyword for searching) and there is low competition (i.e. few other websites use the same phrase).
Hit that criteria and you have a great keyword.

paranormalinterview sounds weird, I would think you want to interview the creatures from the other world.
How about MeetParanormal.com or Paranormalexperiences.com?
What about eCommerceCoachu or eCommerceCoachyou?

I’d like to suggest paranormalhaven.com for the first one. It is available for purchase, and most of the social networking sites have it available too. Whatever you end up getting, be sure to use knowem.com to check if the social networks are available for branding as well.

I am new to your blog, will be visiting more frequently now I guess, because I see you update your blog on a regular basis.
Just a question, when you buy a domain, do you pay attention to keywords and do you think .com is better than .net or .info?

I’ve always heard the fewer words in the domain the more valuable it was. If that’s true then I would go for
TalkingParanormal.com.
As to the other one I reckon SMALLBUSINESSBLOGCOACH.COM sounds a lot better than the other ones.

I would prefer you not choose a domain with ‘Interviews’ in it. Because, if your website were to grow big, and you choose to do more than just profiling interviews, then it wouldn’t fit.
