Welcome to D.S.W.M., where Direct Sales meets Online Marketing. We cover it all, and in *Plain English*. Like what you see? We offer Full Feed updates.

speed writingspeed writingThe following writing tips were sent to me in an email a while back and I thought they were pretty good, so as you know; I had to share!

For what it’s worth, personally speaking I like to take my time (for the most part) when I write; that aside though, the info here is solid.

I’m sorry I don’t remember who sent it but, whether you’re a writer or not, I’d really appreciate your opinion!

Are you an article writer or an e-book writer? If so, how long does it take you to write? Do you wish that you could write quicker, but without having to compromise the quality of your work?

    If so, you can.

It’s common knowledge in the web world that readers LOVE lists, especially simple ones that can help earn some cash ;)The 10 tips I share here may seem general and even “common sense” to some, but they are very useful and in-fact, sometimes largely overlooked. Ironically, the “obvious” usually is.

    1. Use a “P.S.” or more then one at the end of your ad copy. This is where you either want to repeat a strong benefit or your “call to action” or use a strong close like a free bonus.

Not a professional writer? Neither am I. I’m sure I’ll learn as much as you from what I post here. After all, good writing skills are very important; and not just for “writers.

Some newcomers may be wondering what this has to do with marketing. Perhaps it’s better suited for a freelance writing site? Well, that’s obvious, but it is very well suited here as well.

Take a quick glance at the category list…..Article, Ebook, Email, Ezine, Forum, and even Auction marketing all benefit from good writing skills.

Now, I could go on putting such posts/articles in multiple categories. However, I find myself getting annoyed more and more when I see this done on other blogs, so I figure others must also.
