Guest Post: Article Marketing Experience - Dominique Goh

This is an awesome article from Dominique Goh. Just like the last guest, she writes completely from her own personal experience. This isn’t the average “tips” piece either. She chose instead to give personal insight into people she admires and websites she uses in the Article Marketing niche…

    Enjoy!

Mommy Blogger Article Marketing Experience - Dominique Goh

2008 marked a great change in my online career. I had a “new baby” which I wanted to nurture- From Dominique’s Desk.

Being an educator writing articles is not really a problem for me as I am quite used to writing 300-400 word articles since my study days.

Getting inspiration and time to really sit down to pen out my thoughts & ideas was a challenge as I have to deal with two hyperactive boys aged 1 and 4.

Niches - There’s More Then Enough To Go Around

Lynn Terry, recently wrote a fantastic little article on niche marketing, and why you should never give up the fight. Not only is it awesome as a standalone, but goes very well with our post on leveraging your competition.

When you’re through the article, be sure to follow the links to Lynn’s Blog and Forum, both highly recommended…

“Everyone is on the hunt for a great niche. This is one of the things that tends to stump people who are just getting started, and also the thing that long-term Internet marketers never stop looking for.

The initial response I generally hear is “They’re all taken!” or “There is too much competition!” or “How can I ever compete with what’s already out there?”…

The truth is it’s not that competitive at all. That’s a general statement of course, but its in reply to a general question. What I mean is that there are plenty of good niches left. Its just a matter of what you plan to offer… and how.
