To write well is very important and can be quite expensive to outsource, depending on the job. Especially since I do believe that the largest percentage of Direct Seller are Moms and/or Dads with families to support. On top of the family obligations monetarily speaking, a large percentage of them aren't in it "full time", so to speak I suppose it's OK in certain circumstances, but personally speaking, I've never been a huge fan of hiring writers.
